Who owns the website?
You do. With the final instalment the design, content and code are entirely yours — no subscription, no minimum term. The domain is in your name from day 1 anyway.
Do you use a site builder?
No. Your website is plain code on Cloudflare, not a builder. Without care you get the full code and host it yourself — there the site costs you nothing.
Do I have to pay monthly?
No. Care is optional and cancellable monthly. Without it you get the full code and host it yourself. Most people still take it, because otherwise updates, security and changes land on them.
How does payment work?
50 % at the start, 50 % at launch. All prices are final — no VAT is added, whatever country you order from. Care is invoiced monthly.
How fast will my site be ready?
Start 5–7 working days, Grow 10–14, Pro 18–21 — counted from the deposit and complete content. Missing content? I help with the copy (as an add-on).
What is GEO — and why does it matter?
GEO = Generative Engine Optimization. Classic SEO gets you to the top of Google; GEO makes ChatGPT, Perplexity and Google AI Overviews mention you in their answers. More and more people ask AI instead of googling — that’s why GEO is already built into Pro.
What if I want changes later?
That’s exactly what care is for: a fixed number of change hours each month instead of expensive one-off jobs. Without care I bill changes at 100 € per hour; an additional article costs 150 €.
Do you only work in Freiburg?
No. I’m based in Freiburg im Breisgau and build websites for clients in Germany, Austria, Switzerland and internationally — in German, English and Ukrainian. The kickoff is a 15–30 minute call, and you give feedback in the live preview.
