i didn't consult from the outside — i helped build the company
a talented crew → a real company
my friends in Ukraine are seriously experienced YouTube creators — they've made 1500+ videos themselves, run their own active million-subscriber channels, and their videos add up to over 1 billion views. what they didn't have was their own company: no engine, no product menu, no sales assets. they asked me to help build the agency's brand — so instead of chasing the next gig, we spent the time building the thing together. today it's a company that closes and delivers its own clients.
“bh.” — built from initials up
before any of this there was no brand — just initials. i helped turn that into “bh.”: a lettermark with a full stop that becomes a lime square, the signature move where most agencies overexplain instead. one loud accent, on an otherwise two-colour system.

Ukraine's top agencies don't touch this colour, so it reads as new on sight. the rule we set: the accent never fills more than ~30% of anything — it points, it doesn't shout.
one site, two skins
i built bhagency.com.ua end to end — warm white or near-black, the visitor's choice, one lime accent either way. a clear offer up front (YouTube systems + ai-video, done-for-you), a real services architecture, and films that do the talking. not a brochure — a sales tool wired straight to a funnel.

YouTube growth, productised
the core offer is done-for-you YouTube systems. across the team's portfolio the numbers are real: over 1 billion views, 200+ channels, and a standout run of 0 → 1 million subscribers in 35 days. the loop is the same every time — research the niche, package the idea, produce, read the data, iterate.
the audit that closes the call
i set up the research & audit system — a formula that compresses roughly two weeks of manual YouTube + ai research into about an hour. it mines viral patterns by niche, scores the outliers, and turns it into one deliverable a client can't argue with. i won't unpack the whole algorithm here — but you can look at what it produces.
this one is real: a 43-section YouTube + ai-video audit we built for Headway (@headway_app), in english — “Headway changes lives. YouTube can amplify that.” don't take my word for it. scroll the actual deliverable:
an ai-video line built to scale
beyond growth, a productised ai-video line — 1500+ videos shipped, 500m views — at a unit cost that's the whole moat. i helped shape the offer and the pipeline behind it: content, ugc, and ads, in four languages, built to run at volume instead of as one-off shoots.
content that travels
i produced and directed some of the reels — and the ideas behind them. we experimented with formats, and some flew. these are the top three by reach — tap a frame, it plays right here:
three pinned posts package the whole story — who we are, how we run YouTube, how we run ai. tap a card, it plays right here:

the real asset is the team
i had time — so instead of chasing the next gig, we used it to grow each other's skills. that's how a handful of talented freelancers became a company that now takes its own clients.
the biggest value here isn't the logo, the site, or the numbers. it's the team — people who keep sharing what they learn, put each other through courses, and pull each other up.
there's a war in Ukraine, and it isn't easy. but together it's much easier.
i don't hand over a deck and leave. the engine, the audits, the price list, the content, the first wins — i build the thing, then help it run. that's what i'd do for you.
